Only first and second levels of free circulation are implemented relative to GSM mobile terminals and Omnitracs terminals for Euteltracs system (within the Russian Federation for transmission of Omnitracs terminals for Euteltracs system only the following frequencies are allowed: 14143 MHz (basic), 14023.63 MHz, 14107 MHz, 14190.33 MHz, 14226.33 MHz (additional) and 14059.67 MHz (reserve). The declaration of terminals type and owner personal details in customs declaration while crossing frontier of the Russian Federation is mandatory
